I am unsure. but I think there was a wallhacker in the server

knew exactly when to peek and shoot round corners
I cant prove it, but I usually dont die to the same player 12 times in a single round
all from similar circumstances
like he knew exactly when to push and when not to
or where to push
which is ridiculous

Looking at the battlereport this player was doing a really good round:
