software set up

I have software related question.

Would anyone who is familiar with software settings look at my settings and help me to set up everything the best way via teamviewer or anything else? Got a new graphic card and don't think that the settings is ok. As f.e. if I right click on desktop it takes me like 30 secs before the menu appears and I don't think that should happen if I have 16GB memory and would say nice hardware.
