I guys I have just registered to tell you that I have just been banned from your server, it is the first time I have ever been banned, I haven't even been kicked before.

The stated reason was:

Game disconnected: you have been banned from this server. Stated reason: xBR4DDERSx 4 screenshots requested, 0 received. [Auto-Admin]

I assume it's is something to do with punkbuster but I always make sure that it is up to date every couple of days.

I know you must hear this all the time but I have never cheated in online game and it has never even occurred to me to do so.

I have been playing your http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/se ... E-Friends/ server for a couple of weaks without a problem.

This is my battlelog profile http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/so ... 146272/pc/. I changed my name from BR4DDERS1986 a couple of days ago.

If there is no way to get unbanned could you tell me why it happened please?

I have reinstalled BF3 and Punkbuster just to make sure, hopefully it doesn't happen again.

just noticed you got kicked again.
The ban seems to be cached by our auto-admin. I will restart it, so next time you join you will have no issues.
