I understand what you mean and maybe it's the same problem why I understood "did jews ever use GP30??" as an insult.

To clear some things up here.

1st: the word "jew" is being used in an offensive way more than 90% of the time.
2nd: the word "jew" is not an instant-kick. You'll get a warning first
3rd: If you already got a warning for another instance, you will get kicked for using the word "jew"

Hope this will explain the filter a bit.
