Am i not an VIP any more? Have to wait for the end of the queue...

Hmm, all our servers still have you as a VIP.
So you are still VIP ;)

Maybe the VIP slots are bugged again? If the problem keeps occurring, please contact me again.

EDIT: I see what the problem is... you changed your name to "-11-Hensla36".
The VIP slots are based on the playername, so when you change it the VIP slot doesn't work any more ;)
