Let me explain it a bit more. The banreason "You're not welcome any more" is only given to players who have been trolling, have been abusive in chat or being a smart-ass loud-mouth. This discussion has proved my point about "your kind of people". You come here to lecture how we should run our servers? Seriously? I've been doing this 5 years as Head-Admin. I don't need a lecture.

We don't have an attitude. We ask players / guests in our servers to treat each other with respect.
The same way we treat players with respect. We NEVER ban for fun. We just remove the abusive players.
