@wolfsanguis loonteld spent a few games just trolling chat, spamming !rules , bypassing filter, insulting almost everyone. Trying to votekick me, just being a general fuck nugget. Someone tried to kick him, but vote failed.

@rom: when there has been a scramble, 99% of the time you will lose the squad leader position. The gameserver does not show us the squad leaders, so the balancer / scrambler rebuilds the squads without knowing who was the leader.
So with the command you can get it back again. There are no restrictions: everybody can use it.
But after a round change it might take a bit longer to get the command processed, since Procon (our admin tool) is really busy processing all the stats to the databases.

how does squad leader work, under what conditions would it change leader...if at all.
I know th ecommand, just sometimes new round starts, and im not longer leader, despite not leaving, and round not starting.

Yeah for sure @ebassie i have friends on same isp, with same issues.

Well, I've seen plenty players from the UK with pings of 25-35 today. So I think your routing is foobar. Usually this is caused by your ISP routing 'choices'
